Born and raised in Central Pennsylvania, Cozette brings a deep-rooted understanding of the local market and community. Prior to real estate, she spent over 10 years in online marketing, developing a strong foundation in digital strategy, affiliate marketing, and conversions—skills she now uses to give her clients a competitive edge. Her connection to real estate started early, helping her father manage rental properties at just 11 years old—writing leases, preparing apartments, and assisting with rent collection—giving her a unique, hands-on perspective from a young age.

 

Outside of real estate, Cozette is a proud mom to her 13-year-old son, who keeps her busy with soccer and basketball. She also owns a Lebanese food stand at the West Shore Farmers Market, where her love for culture, community, and great food comes to life. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, sharing good wine, reading, and spending quality time with family—values that shape the genuine connections she builds with her clients.
