About Lissette Gonzalez

I have an extensive background in social services and government work, holding an array of positions/titles that range from social work to executive management. I have both a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Organizational Development and Bachelor's Degree with a Dual concentration in Clinical Psychology and Criminal Justice. I have worked in mental health, addictions, infant and maternal morbidity and homelessness. My passion stems within community and impact. I decided to expand my reach and efforts and got my real estate license in 2020 and bring this passion with me in my real estate business as I lead my business with empowerment and education at the forefront. I also launched a passion project, GetSetWithLissette podcast/YouTube channel where I am curating a community and space built in having inspiring conversations that empower others to get set for new things. I live by my favorite quote, "Be the change you wish to see in the world"-Ghandi and keep this quote as a guide in how I show up and live daily. When I am not working, I enjoy reading, cooking, and hiking in the warmer months.
